thoughts and/or pain.
Session Description:
Power Yoga Fusion is a
progressive, layered rebalancing
system. It focuses on
mind-body-energy integration
through deep core stability,
micro-strength, stamina, balance
and flow. The meditative
routines are designed to
decrease imbalances caused by
modern lifestyles while
increasing energy,
self-awareness and peace of
mind. A toned body is the bonus
prize.
“Fusion” means that
complementary teaching
techniques from pilates, dance,
bodybuilding and martial arts
are blended throughout. Also
referred to as “no cream puff
yoga”, PYF encourages
moment-to-moment authentic edge.
This practice is about you, as

Phoenix
Fire Staff Dance (beginner
basics - no fire)
Intended Audience: For
those who like to play with
sticks and want a fun way to
workout. For dancers who want to
learn a new prop. For those who
want to build shoulder
endurance/strength and upper
body control.
Session
Description: Learn the main
moves of the Phoenix Fire Staff
Dance. No, you will not get to
play with fire in this course,
but you will learn the phoenix
essentials to control your staff
without fire which is the
foundation before you even think
about lighting up.
In 3
hours you will learn how to
build your own practice staff, 3
basic spins, 3 basic balances,
and 3 basic phoenix flows.
