Power Yoga Fusion builds strength and balanced range of motion, but tends to touch far deeper than bones and muscles. The 8-phase journey also includes the BodyArt step-by-step nutrition awareness process which is battled-tested by top professionals and everyday people who struggle with food and weight management.
