Power Yoga Fusion is a progressive meditative movement system
rooted in deep core stability, micro-strength, stamina and flow. It’s
layers are designed to decrease imbalances caused by modern lifestyles.
Other benefits include increased energy, self-awareness and peace of
mind. A sculpted body is just a bonus. "Fusion" means that complementary
teaching techniques from pilates, dance, bodybuilding and martial arts
are blended throughout. Known as “no cream puff yoga” PYF encourages
moment-to-moment authentic edge. This practice is about you, as you are
- whatever that may look or feel like.
You can re-pattern yourself to feel and look balanced.
Our modern lifestyle causes all sorts of imbalances. In our posture, some muscles are too
tight, others are too weak which pulls our skeleton out of natural
alignment causing energy drain, chronic pain and other discomforts that
keep us from feeling and looking comfortable in our body.

Where did "Power Yoga" come from?
NOTE: clarification of the term Yoga
The term Yoga was originally used to define a massive concept where
exercise is only a small fraction of the bigger picture.
Today, the word Yoga is mostly associated with
a meditative exercise method. Yogic exercise (asana) is one
branch of one path of Yoga which focuses on body-mind mastery, energy
cultivation, and ultimate rest.

Sri Tirumala
Krishnamacharya (1888–1989) and a young
Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, Mysore India. |
